La Lampe Coupole

The lacquered wood dome lamp with its 100% cotton lampshade. The wood is turned and then lacquered in pink, green or cream. There's also a version in natural solid oak.

The lampshade is assembled by hand in France: the fabric is wrapped around the frame, then tightened at the top and bottom with a string. A tone-on-tone ecru or black bias is then precisely positioned on the fabric. Each piece is unique and can vary. That's the beauty of this handiwork that we love so much.
