How do I know if my order is confirmed ?
Once your payment has been made through our online store, shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with all information regarding your order.

Is the site secure?
Yes, our online store is 100% secure.
The site uses the HTTPS protocol with an SSL certificate.
All our payment partners are also secure.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed you can write to us at email@example.com to modfiy or cancel your order. You also have 14 days after reception to return your order.
I want to add products to a past order that hasn’t shipped yet, is it possible?
If you wish to add products to an already confirmed order, you will have to make a new purchase via our online store that we will then combine with your previous order.
Do not hesitate to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can combine all your order into one delivery.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
For the moment, it is not possible to make a payment in several times.
The product I want is no longer available, what do I do ?
Our objects are made in limited quantities by our craftsmen. It can occur that some pieces are no longer available due to our small-batch manufacturing. Write to us at email@example.com (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can inform you when the product is back-in-stock.
shipping and returns
What are the different delivery methods?
We work mainly with Colissimo and DHL for all package deliveries.
In Paris and its suburbs, you can choose delivery by courier.
For in-store pickup: our workshop is located at 60 Rue Saint-Lazare, 75009 Paris
and is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.
Do you ship internationally?
All orders placed on A.S.L can be shipped internationally.
I have selected the in-store pickup option for my order.
How long does it take before I can pick it up ?
Our order preparation time is currently 2 to 3 working days.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.
How can I organize delivery by courier?
When you place your order, select the "Local Delivery" option.
Delivery in Paris by bike is done from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 7pm.
Please note, delivery by courier is not available for bulky objects and large furniture items (e.g. The Desk).
As soon as your order is ready for delivery, our Customer Service will contact you.
Please allow 3 to 4 hours for delivery in case of occasional delay by courier.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been sent, you will be able to track it through the tracking number provided in your shipping email.
An SMS or email will also be sent to you when the carrier has received the package.
You will be able to modify the time slot or the address directly on the carrier's website.
Can I return my order ?
If the entirety of your order or some elements are not what you expected, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to obtain a return slip.
You will have 14 days to make a return request.
My product has arrived damaged, what do I do ?
We apologize for this inconvenience.
To rectify this situation, please contact our Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the incident, providing as many pictures as possible.
This will allow us to identify where the problem occurred and find a solution for your order.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the shipping address indicated at time of payment.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived in our workshop, it can take up to 48 hours to process your refund request.
After this, the refund time will be between 1 and 3 business days depending on the payment method used.
Is it possible to discover the products in a showroom or in store?
Yes, by appointment. You can explore our items and furniture at the Atelier, 60 Rue Saint-Lazare, 75009 Paris, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please email us at email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
I have ordered a custom-framed piece, how long will it take to ship?
We currently have shipping times of approximately 10 working days for all custom-framed pieces as these are sent directly to our artisan craftsman for framing and finishing (Culinary Studies, Beasts, Travel Memories, Paris Framed).
I placed an order for a made-to-order product, how long does it take to ship?
The shipping time for made-to-order products varies according to the craftsman and can take up to 6 weeks for large furniture.

I live in the United States: do the lamps comply with American standards?
Yes ! All lamps destined for the US are made in compliance with American lighting standards: 110 Volt - 60Hz - E26 MAX 10W.
